On August 6, 2007, the Clark family poses in front of the Lloyd Clark Family Pavilion
Great people make a great company and at Clark Associates we recognize the value of our employees and the support we receive from the local community. This sense of community, which is evident throughout our company, helps fuel our commitment to the cities that surround our office and warehouse locations. Because our company’s culture emphasizes responsibility and sharing with others, we are honored to give back through the Clark Associates Charitable Foundation.
Officially organized in 2001, the Foundation’s mission is to support non-profit organizations that care for the health and welfare of others in need, as well as to support youth organizations for the enrichment of the arts and expanded education.
While many employees contribute in their own way by participating in company volunteering days, the Clark Associates Charitable Foundation is the major avenue that we use to give back to our communities financially and through special projects. In 2015, the Foundation contributed to over 140 different charitable organizations in three states. We’re proud to be able to say that Clark Associates employees and the Foundation continue to help community organizations in Lancaster and Central PA, Madisonville, KY, and Dayton, NV.

In addition to spearheading fundraising events, the Clark Associates Charitable Foundation works to make a lasting impact by sponsoring projects that will benefit the entire community for decades to come. One such community project is the Lloyd Clark Family Pavilion, which is located at the East Lampeter Township park. The pavilion was dedicated in honor of Lloyd Clark, who was a co-founder of Clark Associates, Inc., and an instrumental force in the construction of the pavilion.
2015 was a big year for us. Among other events, Lancaster County’s Extraordinary Give campaign is a special cause for the Foundation. Every year, Clark Associates gets all of the employees involved in this fundraising effort by contributing an amount to match employee donations. The Foundation also played a large role in this year’s special Kentucky Derby Day fundraiser which supports the Conestoga Valley Education Foundation and Schreiber Pediatric.
The Foundation couldn’t do all of this alone and we wish to offer thanks to everyone who has been involved with volunteering events, fundraisers, and community projects over the years. A special thank you to all who contributed to this year’s 3rd annual Derby Day fundraiser! With your help, we were able to raise $100,000. Here’s hoping 2016 will be even better.
