Job Title: Trainee, Operations Leadership Program

Job Description: The Operations Trainee position is designed for entry-level candidates with advancement potential. This rotational program will teach the new recruit the basics of our business from the ground up. Trainees will work in several departments during a training period of 4-6 months. During their rotations, these employees will spend time in departments that may include Customer Service, Inventory Receiving, Procurement, and WEB Shipping. After the training period is over, recruits that have proven their potential will be offered a full-time position in one of the departments mentioned above, depending on the company’s needs as well as the candidate's skills.
The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, an entrepreneurial spirit, and an ambition to excel at one of PA's fastest growing companies. Operations Trainees will meet with management a minimum of 2 times per month to review what they have learned and to discuss their progress towards a full time placement.
