Typical tasks for a Customer Solution Specialists are:
- Assisting customers via email, live chat, and phone.
- Listening and analyzing the customer’s issue, investigate the problem, and provide a solution
- Communicating with appropriate departments when product or service issues arise.
- Leading customers through the website and providing internet instructions
The ideal candidate will be:
- Computer literate
- A team player
- Willing to take initiative and solve problems
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
We are open Monday –Friday 8am – 8pm
Saturday & Sunday 9am-4pm
We are currently seeking Specialists to work on a rotating schedule of 1st and 2nd shift.
Some weekends required (1st shift)
