We are looking for an experienced web programmer who can take a large project and run with it, keeping the details in check while never losing sight of the big picture.

Responsibilities include:

• Working with the employees who use our current system to understand processes in place now and the proposed solution
• Planning and implementing the database design and programming the application
• Keeping efficiency, security and performance in mind during the entire development cycle
  

Applicants must have:

• Proven experience in web development
• Strong SQL experience
• Ability to dissect a large project into small parts
• Strong communication skills
