This position will be responsible for assisting our PM's in all aspects of project management. Duties will include estimating, project control, limited equipment purchasing, submittal review and preparation, and project coordination for documentation requirements. This position also includes opportunities to manage projects.

Successfully manage multiple simultaneous projects and tasks
Manage timely and effective correspondence with all project team members
Review submittal packages including schematics, spec books, rough ins and utility schedules
Review design documents for accuracy and proposal compliance
Oversee equipment purchasing and fabrication completion & delivery schedules
An analytical, detail oriented person that has an ambition to succeed in a fast-paced team environment
Demonstrated leadership characteristics or potential
Natural mechanical aptitude
Excellent organizational and written/verbal communication skills
Prior experience in construction or drafting is a plus.
No experience in commercial food service is required.
