Job Title: Sales & Purchasing Administrator

Clark Associates, Inc. is a rapidly-growing, multi-divisional company in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Our National Accounts division, which manages the purchasing needs of Clark's largest clients, is looking for an organized and motivated candidate to join our company as a Sales & Purchasing Administrator. This role focuses on improving the efficiency of our team through accurate coordination of multiple sales and procurement functions.

As a Sales & Purchasing Administrator, you will:

  • Maintain efficient inventory levels across our distribution network.
  • Setup and manage new items and vendors.
  • Improve sales efficiency by compiling quotes and identifying substitute products for Account Developers.
  • Order products into multiple nationwide distribution points.
  • Evaluate client usage trends, and work with corporate procurement to coordinate chainwide rollouts.


We are looking for a driven and motivated candidate who:

  • Ensures that no detail is missed.
  • Has a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, or a talent for quickly learning similar computer programs.
  • Has the ability to learn and problem solve while juggling multiple priorities.
  • Delivers accurate and efficient results.
  • Has a strong work ethic.
