Job Title: Specialty Vendor Manager

Clark Associates, Inc. is a rapidly-growing, multi-divisional company in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Our National Accounts division, which manages the purchasing needs of Clark's largest clients, is looking for a driven and determined candidate to join our company as a Specialty Vendor Manager. This role focuses on the onboarding and management of the specialty vendors that large chain customers use.

As a Specialty Vendor Manager, you will:

  • Onboard and manage new items and vendors.
  • Maintain efficient inventory levels across our distribution network.
  • Negotiate and improve programs with new and existing vendors.
  • Evaluate client usage trends, and work with corporate procurement to coordinate chainwide rollouts.

We are looking for a driven and motivated candidate who:

  • Drives projects forward through determination and persistence.
  • Has a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, or a talent for quickly learning similar computer programs.
  • Has the ability to learn and problem solve while juggling multiple priorities.
  • Delivers accurate and efficient results.
  • Has a strong work ethic.
