Job Title: Data Entry Specialist- Accounts Payable

Overview: 

Awarded as one of the fastest growing companies in central Pennsylvania; Clark Associates, Inc. is looking for exceptional individuals to join our Accounting Operations team. Reporting to the Accounting Operations Supervisor, this position is part of a growing team of positive, motivated and goal-oriented professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, organize and accurately enter vendor invoices in a timely manner
  • Ensure all vendors are paid according to terms
  • Accurately post invoice activity to correct general ledger accounts and periods
  • Other duties as assigned

Essential Knowledge and Abilities:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. In addition, we require:

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work with vendors as well as internal and external customers
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work accurately within a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work independently, as well as, part of a team

Education/Experience Requirements:

  • Prior accounts payable or data entry experience preferred (not required)
