Job Title: Recruiting Assistant

Clark Associates, Inc. is a rapidly-growing, multi-divisional company in Central Pennsylvania. We are currently looking for a Recruiting Assistant to join our Employee Development team. Our ideal candidate is someone who enjoys building relationships, promotes the company and its values, possesses strong communication skills, and is highly motivated and organized.

 

As a Recruiting Assistant, you will:

  • Build and foster positive relationships with local college partners through opportunities to recruit on-campus, as well as through college ambassador program
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to recruitment and community outreach, such as preparing materials, making announcements via internal Forum and social media channels, following up with recruitment representatives to gather feedback, and tracking recruitment activities and results
  • Help prepare company representatives to attend recruitment events
  • Review external job posting websites to make sure posts are accurate and up-to-date
  • Help coordinate summer internship program
  • Assist with college scholarship and corporate partnership programs
  • Make suggestions for improvement to our recruitment process and strategy
  • Any additional responsibilities as assigned by Director of Employee Development

 

 

Requirements:

 

  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • High emotional intelligence
  • Ability to work independently but also with a team
  • Ability to adapt and remain flexible as recruitment needs and schedules change
  • Willing to travel to schools where we recruit (occasional overnight travel)
