3rd Shift Material Handling Equipment (MHE) Technician

We are looking for reliable, skilled applicants with a focus on teamwork and safety to join our rapidly growing company as a MHE Technicians.  

 Basic Overview:  MHE Technicians will be responsible for the preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of all fork lifts used in the operation of the warehouse.   

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work in a safe and professional manner at all times, keeping the safety of oneself and others as their highest priority.

  • Desire to learn new skills that will benefit the Team and Company as a whole.

  • Perform PM’s and repairs on Crown branded lift equipment and other rolling stock with the warehouse.

  • Assist Facilities Maintenance Technician in repairing and maintaining warehouse assets.

  • Safely operate all warehouse equipment, while abiding by all forklift safety training, to ensure a safe work environment (must go through our training and certification).

  • Effectively communicate, with Manager and Team members, through phone, text and email.

  • Report any accidents, incidents or Safety concerns to a supervisor immediately.

  • Keep work zone clean and orderly and help maintain a safe and clean work environment.

  • Perform other duties and tasks not listed as requested by the shift manager.

Position Hours:  

  • Monday - Thursday, 3rd Shift Hours (7:00 PM-5:30 AM)


  • 3rd Shift - starting at $21.50/hour. Potential up to a $0.75 cent raise every 6 months, dependent on performance


  • Experience with the maintenance of material handling equipment required.

  • Experience with Crown Lift equipment a plus.

  • Previous experience in the Electrical, Mechanical or HVAC fields a plus.

  • Electrical troubleshooting skills are beneficial.

  • Ability to work at elevations of up to 50’

  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 75lbs

  • Must be able to push and pull up to 150lbs

  • Must be able to constantly bend, reach, stand, squat, lift and twist throughout entire shift

  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
