PRO Marketplace is looking for a new Account Manager to add to our team! We are seeking dedicated and goal-oriented professionals to join our team of Account Managers. PRO Marketplace serves large, sophisticated customers including senior living communities, higher education, amusements/entertainment venues, and business/industry clients. PRO Marketplace combines an industry leading e-commerce platform and an inventory of over 300k items to deliver a top-notch experience for clients looking for foodservice equipment and supplies.
Primary Responsibilities include:
--Provide friendly, efficient, and accurate solutions for customers with the goal of customer loyalty and sales growth
--Assist in onboarding new customers as well as maintaining strong relationships with existing customers
--Work with existing customers on a proactive level to ensure each account's spend is maximized
--Listen to and analyze customers’ issues, investigate problems, and provide prompt solutions
--Educate users on our ecommerce site/ordering platform and ensure customers are using site to its fullest
