Job Title: Customer Solutions Representative

As a Customer Solutions Representative, you will serve a key role in our division’s growth and be an ambassador of our brand. You will be tasked with providing premier customer service while offering creative solutions to nationally recognized restaurant chains and their franchisees in an attempt to earn customer loyalty and foster user adoption. 

Day to day, the Customer Solutions Representative will be expected to:

  • Provide prompt, clear, and friendly communication to our customers through the use of email, chat, or phone.
  • Monitor order fulfillment issues and work with other divisions and outside contacts to provide customers with timely order status updates.
  • Track our customers’ spend and shopping habits and make marketing and product recommendations.
  • Address customer issues and provide strategic solutions aimed at turning potentially negative experiences into a net positive result.
  • Proactively identify ways to improve our standards, procedures, and operational efficiencies through the use of a dedicated programming team.
  • Become educated in the products we sell and the foodservice industry we serve.

The ideal candidate must be able to:

  • Provide excellent written and verbal communication
  • Have the ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities effectively in a fast paced environment.
  • Be self-motivated and maintain a strong work ethic.
  • Be a quick learner in order to maximize work efficiency through the use of a variety of readily available software tools.
  • Thrive within a team framework, but also be able to work independently.
  • Carry a positive attitude and remain patient, even under pressure
  • Take initiative and seek out avenues for both self-improvement and the improvement of our company.

Flexibility, initiative, and motivation will be key characteristics of the ideal candidate as they will be required to pivot between different roles and assignments.
