Job Title: CDL Driver/Equipment Operator, $17.00 to $23.00/hr

As a member at WebstaurantStore’s Oklahoma Distribution Center, you have the primary responsibility for supporting Inbound and Outbound operations by ensuring containers and trailers are safely relocated to the requested dock doors and/or yard space in a timely manner. The CDL Driver/Equipment Operator should remain in communication with Inbound and Outbound management teams to ensure accurate and timely movement of containers and trailers on a scheduled daily basis.

 

Responsibilities (included but not limited to):

  • Properly inspect Capacity Truck daily for safe operations
  • Drop containers/trailers in assigned dock doors and yard space on WebstaurantStore property
  • Operate lift equipment as assigned by management
  • Unload and load freight on and off various containers/trailers
  • Cleans and efficiently organizes zones throughout the warehouse as assigned by management
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Must be able to push and pull up to 150lbs
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 75lbs
  • Must be able to constantly bend, reach, climb, and stand throughout the shift
  • Must be flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be familiar with transporting containers/trailers ranging from 20ft to 53ft
  • Must possess a valid CDL, Class A is preferred and have proven safe driving record

 

In addition to these daily tasks, the CDL Driver/Equipment Operator will perform additional tasks assigned by their Supervisor on an as needed basis. 

Pay and Benefits:

Pay starts at $15.00 per hour, with opportunity to see pay increase to $22.00 per hour inside the first 5 years of employment.

Performance reviews every 6 months with raise opportunity up to $0.88 each review.

Paid vacation after 60 days, pro-rated to the end of the year. Starting 2021, employees less than 3 years receive 15 days or 120 hours PTO.
