Overview:
An Operations Professional works to down stock and front the store each day. Typically, an Operations Professional should be someone who enjoys repetitious work tasks and likes hands-on work. Operations Professionals report to the Merchandising Manager/Specialist in the building.
Responsibilities:
- Down stock reserve merchandise to selling areas
- Front stock merchandise to provide a “grand opening” appearance every day
- Follow priority list
- Execute operational tasks given by upper management
- Provide excellent customer service when needed without entering into sales advisory conversations
- Keep work areas neat and clean
- May be asked to operate a forklift
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of business model
- A strong work ethic

- A professional appearance
- Ability to lift over 50lbs with repetition
- Ability to climb ladders repeatedly
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, squat, and lift repetitively for an 8 hour shift
