What you’ll be doing day to day…

  • Providing excellent written and verbal communication to our chain customers
  • Addressing customer, platform, order, and product issues
  • Offering expertise, ownership and tailored support to specific chain clients on an assigned basis
  • Providing strategic solutions aimed at turning potentially negative experiences into net positive results
  • Monitoring fulfillment issues and working with other divisions and outside contacts to provide customers with timely order status updates
  • Proactively identifying ways to improve our standards, procedures, and operational efficiencies through the use of a dedicated programming team
