Job Title: Logistics Administrator

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will serve a key role in our division’s growth and serve as an ambassador of our brand and a problem solver. You will be tasked with providing premier service and offering creative solutions to nationally recognized restaurant chains and their franchisees in an attempt to earn customer loyalty and foster user adoption. Because of our division’s capacity for rapid growth, opportunities for fast-track career advancement and leadership abound.

Day to day, Logistics Coordinators will be expected to:

  • Monitor order fulfillment issues and work with other divisions and outside contacts to provide customers with timely order status updates.
  • Provide prompt, clear, and friendly communication to our customers, mainly through the use of email.
  • Collaborate with others in Logistics, Account Relations, Operations, and Purchasing to ensure the fast processing of orders.
  • Proactively problem solve and communicate with appropriate departments when product or customer service issues arise.
  • Identify ways to improve our standards, procedures, and operational efficiencies through the use of a dedicated programming team.
  • Manage relationships with transportation providers, vendors, and internal contacts to help resolve shipping issues.
  • Follow up on order and shipping errors to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor key department metrics, including profitability, to identify opportunities for team improvement.
