Job Title: Merchandise Coordinator

Responsible for the picking and physical loading, unloading and/or sorting of merchandise of varying sizes and weights using a fork lift, cherry picker or by hand, including lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, scanning, as well as physical bending, twisting, kneeling and etc. in a safe and efficient manner all within a warehouse environment. Deliver merchandise to the 3D staging area in a manner that meets company standards for safety, security, and productivity. Uncrating/ recrating and assemble all merchandise. Past forklift experience preferred, but will train the right candidates on site.

Your responsibilities will include:

     Using a proprietary workflow management software and an understanding of business logic to meet all SLAs defined by the department by:

  • Checking in orders for products that need 3D scanning.
  • Receiving, unpacking, labeling, assembling and staging items.
  • Disassembling, recrating and returning merchandise to its proper location within the warehouse.
  • Meeting daily and weekly deadlines including inter-team correspondence.
  • Organizing and keeping staging area clean and free of safety hazards.
  • Safely operating and maintaining warehouse equipment to carry out job duties to ensure a safe work environment (must be trained and certified).
  • Abiding by all forklift safety training which includes wearing belt/harness at all times, never carrying passengers who are not in a belt/harness, using horn as needed, maintaining a safe speed and never pulling skids directly from bins with a picker.
  • Participating in a weekly pre-production process and other essential meetings or brainstorming sessions.
  • Operating with a big-picture perspective and using an understanding of business needs to prioritize tasks.
  • Meeting weekly KPIs (key performance indicators).
  • Supporting the 3D teams as directed.


We’re looking for a team member who:

·         Can work full time hours for this in-studio position.

·         Is able to lift 100+ lbs. and operate a pallet jack.

·         Previous commercial photo studio experience a plus, but not required.


2nd Shift hours are Monday-Friday 3:00pm-11:30pm.
