Job Title: Recruitment Manager

SUMMARY 

The Employee Experience team is seeking a Recruitment Manager who will develop a comprehensive recruitment strategy that meets the needs of all Clark companies. This person will lead the recruiting team, evaluate current and implement new recruitment methods, and communicate with management to understand key hiring needs and identify avenues to meet those needs. The Recruitment Manager will also be responsible for analyzing and reporting on data related to recruitment, hiring, retention, etc. 

This person will be responsible for telling the Clark story and making connections between those who fit our culture and hiring managers. The Recruitment Manager should embody Clark values and have the knowledge base and interpersonal skills to represent all Clark companies well.  

 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Manage team of Recruiting Specialists/Assistants, Brand Ambassador Interns, and other future roles identified to help support recruiting needs 
  • Day-to-day management of Clark’s applicant tracking system (CAMP) 
  • Day-to-day management of Clark careers page and application form 
  • Regular review of job posts and awareness of visibility across third party sites 
  • Collect data on all recruitment methods and referral sources to provide best practice guidance and develop intentional strategy for different levels/roles 
  • Lead ongoing development and execution of summer internship program 
  • Identify strategic opportunities to recruit locally and attend recruitment events 
  • Build relationships with local colleges, high schools, professional/community organizations with the goal of creating various talent pipelines 
  • Oversee Ambassador Program 
  • Communicate with senior management to identify key hiring needs 
  • Coordinate on-site hiring events, advertise them through various channels, track results, make recommendations depending on type of role/dept 
  • Research and recommend creative ways to market our jobs and track results 
  • Provide regular reports to management related to recruitment/staffing data (CAMP, turnover, staffing/temp agency fees, etc.) 
  • Any other duties as assigned by Director of Employee Experience 

  

REQUIREMENTS 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Strong analytical skills 
  • Technologically savvy and open to utilizing new platforms (ex. Social media) 
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 
  • Ability to communicate clearly with all levels of management 
  • Ability to develop strategy, experiment, and track results 
  • Ability to lead a team of Ambassadors, Department Recruiters, Career Fair Representatives, etc. who aren’t necessarily direct reports 
  • Previous leadership experience preferred
