Job Title: Accounting Admin Assistant

The Clark Associates companies is looking for a part-time Accounting Admin Assistant that will assist the accounting team with various accounting and office related tasks. This position is part of a growing team of positive, motivated, and goal-oriented professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with month-end close activities
  • Completion of reconciliations
  • Preparing journal entries as needed
  • Processing and paying invoices
  • Check processing and management
  • Processing mail, scanning, shredding
  • Assist with various projects as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Driven, self-motivated, and strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team
  • Able to think critically, work accurately, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • 1-2 years of professional administrative experience preferred
  • Associate degree in accounting or business, or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
