Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

Company: The Restaurant Store, Inc.

Position Summary: 

The Restaurant Store is seeking a highly motivated professional to join the marketing team as a Marketing Coordinator. As part of our in-house team, you will be responsible for coordinating and analyzing the company’s email marketing campaigns and various product marketing initiatives. 

The ideal candidate for this dynamic position will: 

  • Hold a degree in Marketing, Communication Studies, or a similar field 

  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) 

  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills 

  • Strive to be thorough with a keen eye for detail 

  • Thrive under fast-paced deadlines  

  • Enjoy working both independently and collaborating as part of a team 

  • Have professional experience in at least one email marketing platform, such as Marketo, MailChimp, Constant Contact, or HubSpot  

  • Hands on experience with HTML and content management systems a plus 

  • Professional experience in Google Analytics a plus 

Responsibilities Include: 

  • Oversee all aspects of The Restaurant Store’s email campaign production, including: 

  • Developing the strategy and content for various email campaigns 

  • Working with our in-house design team on creative execution 

  • Coordinating testing and scheduling to ensure brand guidelines are met 

  • Analyzing campaign results to ensure campaign goals are achieved and identifying new opportunities 

  • Working with the marketing team to develop new email marketing strategies to grow the business 

  • Coordinate the organization’s paid vendor marketing schedule, serving as the liaison between the procurement team and the marketing department 

  • Oversee store charitable giving initiatives 

  • Develop SEO-friendly content for landing pages and website articles 

  • Stay up to date on industry and market trends
