11400, Inc. has an immediate need for a Direct Sales Support Administrator. This position is responsible for working directly with our customers and sales team to provide efficient and accurate support. This position has growth potential.

• Provide clear communication to our existing and prospective customers via email or over the phone.
• Address and investigate customer issues and provide strategic solutions
• Enter customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Educate and assist customers on our e-commerce site and ordering platform..
