The Warehouse Recruiter is responsible for developing and managing all public and internal job postings based on the needs identified by the management team. This position plans and implements staffing strategies to meet business needs, including hiring activities such as job fairs and recruiting with local schools or other organizations. The Warehouse Recruiter raises the awareness of job opportunities within the warehouse through various communication tools, including signage, radio or television broadcasts, social media postings, and community relations. This position is responsible for the recordkeeping and compliance tracking associated with hiring and turnover metrics for the purposes of maintaining a successful culture and meeting the staffing needs of the business.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and vehicles. Occasional activities may involve exposure to marked changes in temperature and humidity, and exposure to dust, fumes and gases. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. The passage of employees through the work area is average and normal.
May require occasional travel to other facilities within the region
