Job Description

The Procurement Systems & Information team is responsible for working with all teams within the procurement department to provide reports, systems, and process improvements to improve decision making and efficiency. We are looking for an analytical, accurate, and inquisitive individual to play an important role in the expansion of this team.

As a Procurement Systems & Data Analyst you will play an integral part in testing, implementing, and maintaining reports used by the procurement department. You will be responsible for ensuring our reporting is accurate, troubleshooting issues, and answering our end users’ questions. Successful candidates will have a passion for excellence, be self-motivated, and possess the ability to multitask and prioritize workload. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills are necessary.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enhance key Power BI reports the procurement department uses
  • Monitor the team inbox and address relevant questions as needed
  • Troubleshoot and test Power BI reports
  • Maintain existing reports and data on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
  • Collaborate with data analysts in other departments to ensure we incorporate relevant metrics in our reporting
  • Other special projects as assigned

Qualifications 

  • A passion for data reporting and analytics
  • Ability to work accurately at a fast pace
  • Clear and effective communication
  • Strong prioritization and organization skills
  • A positive attitude with a determination to learn and grow
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Coding skills in languages such as SQL and/or R a plus but not required
