Job Title: Treasury Analyst

Clark Associates, Inc. is seeking a driven and motivated Treasury Analyst to join our growing team. In this newly created position, the analyst will immediately work to streamline and enhance our payments reconciliation processes. This highly visible role will act as a liaison between treasury, receivables, payment service providers, and various division leaders. The position provides the opportunity to drive high impact projects and process improvement initiatives. 

Successful candidates will have a passion for excellence, be self-motivated, and possess the ability to multitask and prioritize workload. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Act as liaison between payment service providers, treasury, and various business units. 
  • Complete daily, weekly, monthly reconciliation of credit card settlements. 
  • Provide timely research and resolve any reconciliation variances. 
  • Research, dispute, and resolve all chargebacks. 
  • Oversee our alternative payments process and ensure the timely release of customer orders. 
  • Maintains a repository of, and ensures compliance with, all merchant services agreements. 
  • Maintain reporting of key performance metrics and communicate actionable business insights to management. 
  • Ensure that various business units are operating with optimal interchange rates. 
  • Propose new services that enhance the customer experience, reduce fees, and/or streamline payments. 
  • Drive process improvement initiatives within the payments landscape. 
  • Assist with various Treasury Department initiatives. 
  • Other duties as assigned. 


Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 
  • 1-2 years of professional experience in a finance, treasury/banking, or accounting role, preferred. 
  • Strong self-management skills and ability to adjust as needed to meet shifting priorities. 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Ability to work with and interpret large amounts of data. 
  • Excellent computer skills including a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. 
  • Familiarity with PCI standards and other ecommerce payments risks a plus. 
  • Certified Treasury Professional a plus
