Reports To: 1st Shift Inbound Supervisor

Basic Overview: An Inbound Material Handler will be cross trained between receiving, stock and inventory departments. In these departments you are responsible for receiving, putting away and verifying stock counts as well as inspecting goods to ensure quality. It's essential that you the employee be both quick and accurate in these roles to ensure effeciency and overall customer satisfaction.

Important Note: All hires are hired as material handlers. This means that your job responsibilities could change depending on the need of the shift. You will be trained in all inbound departments, but also trained on outbound operations. Any and all employees are subject to being moved within the shift at any given time.

Job Responsibilities - Receiving:

1. Unload trucks and sign bills in timely manner (including container trucks where constant lifting, moving product above head, and bending are required for 2 hour periods).
2. Process all incoming merchandise in an accurate and timely manner.
3. Safely operating and maintaining warehouse equipment to carry out job duties to ensure a safe work environment (must be fully trained and certified).
4. Keeping work zone clean and orderly so that warehouse is a safe and clean work environment.  
5. Communicating with warehouse receiving supervisor with any issues or concerns that arise regarding work duties. 
6. Able to work at a fast pace.
7. Meet and maintain set standards as specified by supervisor, inbound operations manager and company.
8. Performing other duties and tasks not listed as requested by the warehouse supervisor or team leader. 

Job Responsibilities - Stock:

1. Move and put away up to 120 items (15 scans per hour) of stock a day.
2. Safely operating and maintaining warehouse equipment to carry out job duties to ensure a safe work environment (must be fully trained and certified).
3. Keeping work zone clean and orderly so that warehouse is a safe and clean work environment.  
4. Communicating with warehouse supervisor with any issues or concerns that arise regarding work duties. 
5. Performing other duties and tasks not listed as requested by the warehouse supervisor or team leader.

Job Responsibilities - Inventory:

1. Effeciently and accurately pick and transport skids located in overstock bins to primary bins
2. Maintain and organize inventory within the warehouse and ensure accuracy of both counts and placement of product via cycle counts.
3. Ensure accuracy for incoming products on PO's and transfers while also assisting buyers with issues of received items
4. Look into specific issues dealing with emails, procurement, outbound processes or general inventory issues.  
5. Safely operating and maintaining warehouse equipment to carry out job duties to ensure a safe work environment (must be fully trained and certified).
6. Keep work zone clean and orderly so that warehouse is a safe and clean work environment.
7. Communicating with warehouse supervisor with any issues or concerns that arise regarding work duties.
8. Performing other duties and tasks not listed as requested by the warehouse supervisor or team leader.

Skills/Abilities:

1. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 to 75lbs
2. Must be able to push and pull up to 150lbs
3. Must be able to lift 50 to 75lbs above head
4. Must be able to constantly squat, bend, reach, and, stand throughout entire shift
5. Must be able to work overtime
