NC - Field Manager

11400Inc. is looking for YOU to be our next Field Manager. We are construction professionals that specialize in commercial food service projects. If you have construction experience, and a desire to broaden this experience, you may be the right person for our team!

Our Field Managers are responsible for overseeing project status in their territory on a daily basis, report on project progress, and perform hands on tasks as necessary.

This position is located out of our Charlotte, NC office. The right candidate will be responsible for overseeing project status of multiple job sites simultaneously within the region of NC, SC, GA, TN, WV and VA. Job Responsibilities:

• Travel to multiple job sites and track job progress daily
• Assist Project Manager's in job site related tasks
• Assist with job site deliveries as necessary
• Communicate/coordinate with project teams
• Light onsite work (caulking, minor repairs, general labor)

Ideal Candidate:

• Demonstrate ability to manage their own time
• Willingness to travel daily
• Strong ability to read and understand blue prints
• Natural mechanical aptitude
• Organizational and written/verbal communication skills
• Prior experience in construction is recommended
• No experience in commercial food service is expected
