I graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in December 2012, moved back to the Lancaster area, and quickly began looking for work within the Marketing field. I applied for a job with the WebstaurantStore and ended up interviewing for the Customer Solutions Specialist position. From day one, I couldn't help but notice the innovative and fast-paced mindset of my coworkers. I enjoy that every day has its own tasks and challenges, which always keeps me on my toes.
My favorite part about working here is the culture. It's not every day that you find a job where you can work side by side with coworkers who quickly become your friends. With a team-based mindset, everyone is willing to help and encourage each other with their growth and success. It provides a variety of ways to grow and find your own niche in the company based on your interests and talents. It's great to be a part of such a fast growing company where there is never a dull moment (or an empty stomach).
