After graduating from West Chester University in 2012 with a B.S. in Business Management, I gained valuable experience working in Human Resources and Payroll in the human services and higher education fields. I jumped at the opportunity to apply for the Payroll & Benefits Specialist position with Clark Associates, and after just a few months here I am certain that this was the best decision for my career and goals. I am able to use the knowledge and skills I gained at WCU and from previous positions, but there is always something to learn in such a fast growing company. Being the point of contact for pre-employment and onboarding allows me the chance to meet and talk with individuals from different backgrounds all across the country.
