(Lancaster, PA) –Clark Associates, Inc. is pleased to announce the following promotions:
Joel Hough, Regional Manager, The Restaurant Store. Hough will be responsible for the Reading and Lehigh Valley markets and will contribute to the training program for all Restaurant Store locations. He graduated from Penn State and worked as a manager at BJ’s Wholesale and Wal-Mart before taking a position with the Restaurant Store. He worked as the Branch Manager of the Lehigh Valley store, during which time he oversaw the store’s transition to a new location.
Ashley Intelisano, Director of Smallwares, Back-of-House. In her new role, Intelisano will oversee marketing and product line strategies, supply chain management, new product and brand development within back-of-house smallwares categories. She will also focus on employee development. Prior to this position, she worked as a Server and Shift Manager at Boehringer’s Drive In. At Clark, she started as an intern in 2012, and then served as Domestic Smallwares Buyer and Senior Buyer, Domestic Smallwares. Intelisano holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Juniata College.
Emily Peel, Director, Tabletop. Peel will oversee purchasing, new product development, and marketing initiatives of tabletop products. After graduating from Carnegie Mellon University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Social and Decision Science, she worked in Product Management and Development for Liberty Mutual. Peel previously served as Senior Buyer, Tabletop at Clark Associates.
Brian Schama, Director, Janitorial/Chemical. In this role, Schama will oversee the procurement of all janitorial products, as well as new product development and marketing initiatives. He will also focus on category growth and employee development. Schama holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a Finance Concentration from Bloomsburg University. Prior to his career at Clark, he worked in the financial service industry as a Financial Adviser. At Clark Associates, he has served as Buyer, Janitorial/Chemical, and then Senior Buyer, Janitorial/Chemical.
